Jon Aleshire, President

Jon has 12 years experience in commercial real estate which includes sales, leasing, land planning and development consulting.  Jon is recognized by the Austin Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter for commercial leasing.

Before forming The Aleshire Company, Jon was a Corporate Services Specialist at The Staubach Company.  Prior to Staubach, Jon was Vice President of JBGoodwin Commercial.  Jon has negotiated over $120 million worth of real estate transactions.  Jon applies his expert negotiating skills assisting clients such as Saint Edward’s University Professional Education Center, Bazaarvoice and Field Asset Services. 

Jon is an Austin native and a graduate of Texas State University with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning.  He has completed the coursework for his CCIM designation.

Jon enjoys fatherhood, golf, skiing, mountain biking and photography in his spare time.

A note from Jon:
